Refund policy
You have the option to return items within 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Only unused items in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be sent back in its original packaging.
To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you a confirmation via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
The costs and risks associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, including the risk of loss or damage during transport, until the return is received by us.

Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift card as soon as we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver first received the item and then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you, and that person will be notified that you have returned the item.
