Refund policy
The return option is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in the original packaging.
To process your return, we need a purchase receipt or proof of your purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will also inform you whether we have approved or declined your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
The cost and risk of the return shipment are borne by the customer, including the risk of loss or damage during transport, until the return shipment is received by us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then possibly contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is visible.
If that is not the problem, contact your bank. Often it takes time to process a refund.

Discounted items (if applicable)
No refunds can be made for items that have been discounted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, please email Contact@freepalestineshop.nl.
Gifts
If the item was specifically purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher once we have received the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase or the giver first received the item themselves and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and that person will be notified that you have returned it.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refunded. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long a replacement item takes to reach you depends on your location.
If you send us an item valued over € 75, consider a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs
Because we process and prepare orders automatically immediately after receipt for shipment, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. This ensures that we can send packages as quickly as possible and customers receive their orders without delay.
We therefore recommend that you carefully check your order before completing it.
Of course, the right to return within 14 days (see below) still applies if you are not satisfied with your purchase afterwards.
