Right of withdrawal You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, have taken physical possession of the last item.

Return conditions Only unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must be returned in its original packaging. To process your return, we need proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs The costs and risk of the return shipment are borne by the customer, including the risk of loss or damage during transport, until the return shipment has been received by us. Shipping costs of the original order are not refunded.

Refund After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you a confirmation by email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds First check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before a refund appears. Have you done this and still not received a refund? Then contact us at contact@freepalestineshop.nl.

Exchanges We only replace defective or damaged items. Send an email to contact@freepalestineshop.nl if you would like to exchange an item.

Gifts If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

High-value returns If you send us an item worth more than €75, consider using a shipping service with track & trace or insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.
